History
Established in 1988, M.G.R. College of Arts and Science has a rich history of providing quality education in Hosur. Affiliated with Periyar University, Salem, and managed by the Adhiyamaan Educational and Research Institution Trust, it offers a diverse range of U.G., P.G., and Ph.D. programs, along with value-added courses. Accredited by NAAC with a “B+” grade and recognized under sections 2(f) and 12B of the UGC Act, the college stands as a beacon of higher education in the region. With a strong emphasis on holistic development, it fosters an inclusive environment, promoting unity through uniformity and offering ample recreational and residential facilities for students’ overall growth.
